Answer and explanation
1. The red one is too small (ちょっと 小さいです). The bigger ones come in white and black; white gets dirty fast (すぐ きたなく なります), so she says くろいのを ください.
Trick: In shops, ちょっと + an adjective (ちょっと 小さいです, ちょっと 高いです) is a polite "no". The item it describes is usually not the answer.
