Answer and explanation
3. あけましょうか is an offer: "shall I open it for you?". To accept an offer, you say ええ、おねがいします (yes, please).
Trick: Match the reply to what you hear: an offer (〜ましょうか) → おねがいします (yes, please); thanks (ありがとう) → どういたしまして (you're welcome).
